Job Summary
The Retail Food and Bev Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area at United Dairy Farmers. This role includes executing foodservice programs, ensuring product safety, and providing outstanding guest service through the Hi Five Guest Experience. Essential functions include preparing food items, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and operating the POS system. Additionally, the Lead must train associates and assist with customer interactions while following company policies and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to become Food Safety certified
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, etc.
- Ability to recognize numbers and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to shelves
- Ability to clean counters and surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place weights into dip cabinet
