Lead and oversee daily floor operations at a Talize store, driving merchandising standards, register accuracy, and floor coverage while contributing to hiring, training, and developing team members. Focus on loss prevention, employee engagement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience; manage scheduling, cash handling, pricing checks, and policy enforcement. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, customer service excellence, problem-solving, attention to detail, and willingness to work open availability including weekends and holidays. Advantage for experience in thrift/second-hand retail; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
