Job Summary
Oversee store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, supervising Associates, and ensuring safe, secure environments through security checks and emergency response. Maintain sales floor standards by executing merchandising guidelines, controlling loss prevention, and managing front-end productivity while training staff on cash registers and procedures. Handle administrative duties including cash pulls, bank deposits, payroll administration, and break scheduling. Monitor stockroom cleanliness, process inbound deliveries, and ensure all equipment functions properly. Work evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to use all Store equipment, including PDTs, registers and PC as required
- Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store
- Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
- Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 lbs
- Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders and other assigned supplies
- Ability to regularly push, pull and lift more than 20 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred
