Retail Floor Manager

Oversee store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, supervising associates, and ensuring safe, secure environments through daily EAS checks, fire alarm testing, and emergency response. Maintain sales floor standards by executing merchandising tasks, conducting floor moves, managing inventory recovery, and enforcing loss prevention protocols while training staff on cash register procedures and best practices. Control front-end operations by managing associate break schedules, expediting customer wait times, and ensuring proper security tagging and equipment functionality. Handle administrative duties including cash pulls, bank deposits, payroll administration, and scheduling compliance. Work evenings and weekends to support store leadership in maintaining a clean, well-merchandised environment aligned with company brand standards.
