Lead of People Experience in Vuori’s Heights Mercantile store focuses on driving store team engagement and customer service excellence. You’ll partner with the ASM of People Experience to implement an engagement strategy, provide in-the-m moment recognition and coaching, support a culture of excellence and safe work practices, and own the sales floor to ensure a customer-centric experience. You’ll also champion community initiatives, assist with product operations and visual standards, and help manage scheduling and labor in compliance with local laws.
