Job Summary
Retail Fitting Room Attendant role focusing on delivering world-class customer service in the fitting rooms and throughout interactions in-store. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, handling calls professionally, performing light office duties, creating daily pocket schedules and signs for shops, supporting leadership projects, building product knowledge, staying current on fashion trends, checking customers in/out of fitting rooms and ensuring merchandise is prepared for return to floor. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and teamwork to meet daily selling goals; the role also involves promoting Scheels Visa Rewards and maintaining a professional appearance aligned with Scheels’ policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1-3 months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer Service
- Ability to sit/stand/bend etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to apply basic math and retail math
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to promote Scheels Visa Rewards program
