Retail Fitness Sales Associate Float

Consult customers one-on-one using a consultative sales process to identify equipment solutions that meet their fitness needs while achieving sales targets. Demonstrate products, resolve complaints, and assist with in-store pickups to ensure positive, productive relationships. Maintain store standards by managing merchandising, inventory, and cycle counts, while handling cash transactions and ensuring building cleanliness. Work full-time hours from 10am to 7pm, five days a week, with some weekends, floating between two locations in O'Fallon and Chesterfield, MO. No experience required; training provided.
