Retail Financial Analyst II

Forecast sales and margins, build budgets, and analyze performance trends to identify risks and opportunities. Apply business-focused thinking to drive forecast accuracy by linking business events to financial impacts. Create analyses and maintain KPIs to ensure progress toward financial goals while serving as a key partner to non-Finance teams. Focus initially on sales and margin planning and forecasting. This role supports the Finance organization at J.Jill, a women-led lifestyle brand with 200+ nationwide stores, as the company expands its footprint and deepens customer relationships.
