Job Summary
Senior Retail Finance Representative responsible for reducing delinquency and maintaining low DSO by managing accounts receivable and providing excellent customer service across channels. Responsibilities include resolving payment portal issues, reconciling customer A/R accounts, collaborating with sales and management on troubled accounts, handling high volumes of calls and emails, and supporting credit decisions such as analyzing financial statements and recommending credit limits. Requires 2+ years in AR/collections/credit, strong Excel/Word skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and a bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation includes $25-$35/hr with comprehensive benefits; Oracle experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections and/or credit field
- Strong Excel and Word experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong customer support background
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively
- Oracle experience is preferred
