Job Summary
The Facilities Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional store environment through interior and exterior upkeep, including vacuuming, sweeping, trash disposal, dusting, window cleaning, and floor care, with occasional exterior maintenance based on store lease specifications. The role may support merchandising tasks such as stocking, displays, and pricing, and may operate a cash register. Emphasis is on identifying and correcting maintenance and safety issues, ensuring safe and orderly work areas, and communicating issues to leadership. Prior facilities experience and ability to lift up to 35 lbs are required; part-time schedule with focus on store upkeep and guest service.
