Retail Experience Lead

Job Summary
The Retail Experience Lead is responsible for opening and closing duties, overseeing daily operations, and supervising staff during an assigned shift. Maintain store appearance and product presentation to company standards, act as a knowledge resource for team members, supervise cashiers, ensure high levels of customer service, manage cash, administrative duties, alarm handling, and front-of-house organization. Lead by example on compliance and education, escalate employee issues and customer inquiries to store managers, onboard and train staff, implement sales strategies, communicate policy/procedure changes, and identify technology solutions to meet evolving customer needs. Requires strong retail knowledge, customer service, communication, and leadership skills, plus Provincial Cannabis Certification and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- 2 years of experience in the retail industry
- Experience in all aspects of customer service
- Clear criminal record
