Retail Experience Lead

The Retail Experience Lead will open/close the store, supervise staff on shift, maintain store appearance, assist cashiers, manage cash and alarms, handle administrative duties, onboard and train team members, escalate issues to store managers, enforce compliance, and support sales strategies. Must demonstrate strong retail knowledge, customer service, communication, conflict resolution, cash handling, data entry, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Requires provincial cannabis certification and a high school diploma or GED. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and comply with company policies is expected.
