Assemble, maintain, and repair action sports equipment including bicycles and snow gear, performing routine safety checks, part replacements, and accessory fittings. Diagnose faults to provide accurate estimates and educate athletes on repair necessity. Assist with sales by assessing customer needs, recommending products and accessories, and ensuring every athlete is greeted with solid product knowledge. Maintain complete shop records and inform management of workflow improvements to enhance productivity. Perform quality checks on assembled items before handing them off to customers.
