Assemble, maintain, and repair action sports equipment including bicycles and snow gear, performing routine safety checks, part replacements, and accessory fittings. Diagnose faults to provide accurate estimates and educate athletes on repair necessity, while executing base cleaning, sharpening, and waxing for snow equipment. Conduct quality checks on new assemblies and partner with leads before handing off to customers. Support sales by assessing athlete needs, recommending products and accessories, and greeting every visitor to maintain a friendly environment. Identify workflow improvements and maintain accurate shop records.
