Retail Equipment Services Technician

Assemble, maintain, and repair action sports equipment including bicycles and snow gear, performing routine safety checks, part replacements, and accessory installations. Diagnose faults to provide accurate estimates and educate athletes on repair necessity while executing quality checks before handing off to explorers. Assist with sales by assessing athlete needs, recommending products and accessories, and greeting every visitor to maintain a friendly environment. Identify workflow improvements to enhance productivity and preserve complete shop records. This role supports the House of Sport location's mission to equip athletes to achieve their dreams.
