Retail Equipment Services Technician

Assemble, maintain, and repair action sports equipment including bicycles and snow gear by performing minor to advanced repairs, replacing parts, and conducting routine safety checks. Diagnose faults and damage to provide accurate estimates, then educate athletes on whether repairs are essential. Assist with sales and register functionality by greeting every athlete, assessing needs, recommending products and accessories, and maintaining solid product knowledge. Preserve complete and accurate shop records, identify workflow improvements, and perform quality checks before handing off equipment. This role supports the House of Sport location's mission to equip athletes to achieve their dreams.
