Retail Enterprise Development Specialist

Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise supermarket partners in Israel as the main business owner for each account. Own end-to-end management and development, analyzing performance to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies. Lead proactive improvement initiatives with field stakeholders on picking times, availability, and fulfillment quality while conducting trainings on operational tools. Build relationships with senior partner headquarters stakeholders through quarterly business reviews and drive commercial initiatives including assortment optimization. Handle complex escalations, coordinate cross-functional problem solving, and conduct regular branch visits to support operational excellence. Monitor KPIs using BI and analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights. Requires 4+ years in enterprise account management, strong analytical skills with BI tools, and fluency in Hebrew and English.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise/B2B Account Management, Retail Operations, Customer Success, Consulting, or similar partner-facing operational roles
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts and working with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills — ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions independently
- Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both field teams and senior management
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — mandatory
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
