Job Summary
Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, managing all aspects of the store as Manager on Duty. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure opening/closing procedures and operational tasks are executed per company guidelines. Prioritize store activities, maintain accurate Associate coverage, and partner with management on training needs to support shrink reduction and safety goals. Act quickly under challenging circumstances while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. Flexible schedule includes nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
