Job Summary
Visit retail locations within your assigned territory to engage with merchants, introduce financial services, and place point-of-sale materials. Provide on-site support to address concerns, audit competitive products, and record merchant feedback using mobile tools. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks in advance and execute assigned activities inside each location while maintaining accurate documentation. Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals and weekly in-store time targets through daily travel and administrative follow-up. This field-based role requires a personal vehicle and strong communication skills to build relationships and advocate client products.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
- Personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
