Job Summary
Visit retail locations within your assigned territory to engage with merchants, introduce financial services, and provide on-site support. Place and maintain point-of-sale materials, audit competitive products, and record visits using mobile tools. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks in advance and execute assigned activities inside each location. Meet quarterly visit goals and weekly in-store time targets while documenting merchant feedback and promoting product launches. This field-based role requires daily travel and independent work style with a mix of in-store engagement and administrative follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
- Personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
