Job Summary
Visit retail locations within your assigned territory to engage with merchants, introduce financial services, and ensure they understand program benefits. Place and maintain point-of-sale materials, audit competitive products and displays, and record merchant feedback using mobile tools. Schedule store visits two weeks in advance, execute assigned activities inside each location, and accurately track all activity to Retail Operations. Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals and weekly in-store time goals while maintaining professional relationships through consistent merchant awareness and POP placement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
- Personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
