Job Summary
Visit retail locations within your assigned territory to engage with merchants, introduce financial services, and place point-of-sale materials. Provide on-site support, audit competitive products and displays, and document all visits using mobile tools. Meet or exceed weekly in-store time goals by effectively scheduling store visits two weeks in advance and executing assigned activities inside each location. Establish business relationships through merchant awareness and consistent productivity while ensuring accurate feedback reporting is submitted timely. This field-based role requires daily travel and independent work style with support from leadership and training teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
- Personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
