Job Summary
Visit retail locations within your assigned territory to engage with merchants, introduce financial services, and place point-of-sale materials. Provide on-site support, audit competitive products, and record visits using mobile tools while maintaining a daily route of 22-35 store visits. Work independently in a field-based environment to build relationships and ensure merchants understand program benefits. Submit timely feedback reports and meet weekly in-store time goals. This field-based position includes daily travel, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
- Personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
