Job Summary
Leads the frontline to deliver a highly-satisfied customer experience, trains and mentors Associates on frontline cashier transactions, maintains cash controls and proper ticketing/merchandise standards, assigns registers and coverage, ensures policy compliance and loss prevention, and supports merchandising and safety across store operations. Requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to lift heavy merchandise; prior coordinator or supervisory retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
