Job Summary
Greet customers at the front entrance or throughout the store, suggesting solutions to their organizational challenges and designing custom closet systems. Serve as a register person with a focus on the checkout experience, introduce customers to the rewards program, and process orders for curbside pick-up or delivery. Maintain sales floor standards by keeping shelves full, organize the stockroom, and support merchandise processing during early mornings or evenings. Perform cleaning routines including dusting, restrooms, and vacuuming, while actively engaging with customers to solve their needs. Adhere to established time expectations with accuracy and timeliness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail sales experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers
