Job Summary
Greet customers at the entrance or throughout the store, connecting with them to suggest solutions for organizational challenges. Design and sell custom closets, process curbside pick-up orders, and serve as a register person with a focus on customer experience. Introduce clients to the rewards program and support merchandise processing during early morning or evening shifts. Maintain the sales floor and stockroom standards, while assisting with cleaning routines including dusting and vacuuming. Adhere to time expectations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail sales experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers
