Job Summary
Greet customers at the store entrance or throughout the sales floor, suggesting organizational solutions and designing custom closets. Serve as a register person, enroll shoppers in the rewards program, and process curbside pick-up orders. Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to brand standards, while supporting merchandise processing and cleaning routines. Actively engage with customers to solve their challenges and adhere to established time expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- The Container Store promotes a smoke-free, drug-free environment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail sales experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers
- Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling
