Job Summary
Greet customers at the store entrance or throughout the sales floor, suggesting organizational solutions and selling custom closet designs. Serve as a register person, enroll shoppers in the rewards program, and process curbside pickup orders. Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to brand standards while performing merchandise processing during early mornings or evenings. Support carryout operations via curbside or parking lot drop-offs and assist with cleaning routines including dusting and vacuuming. Adhere to time expectations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail sales experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
