Job Summary
Lead strategic and operational initiatives across retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, and store operations while partnering with client executives to define priorities and establish governance. Drive execution by managing scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies for enterprise eCommerce platform implementations and digital transformation projects. Manage cross-functional teams across business, technology, store operations, and third-party partners to support business development through solution design and proposals. This role requires 30-50% travel and is based in multiple locations when not at a client site.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading complex business or technology transformation programs within retail, consumer products, or related industries
- Experience delivering at least one enterprise eCommerce platform implementation, replatforming, or migration project
- Experience managing third-party implementation partners or systems integrators
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and executive communication
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with client executives and cross-functional business leaders
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication
- Flexibility and adaptability to lead strategic planning while supporting day-to-day program execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Must be available for travel averaging 30-50%
- Must be able to work from home office when not traveling
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with leading commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Commerce (Magento), SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), BigCommerce, or similar platforms
- Consulting experience serving retail or consumer products clients
