Job Summary
Truck crew team member responsible for assisting with unloading trucks, stocking, merchandising, customer service, and checkout duties. Responsibilities include facilitating Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), enrolling customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, participating in omnichannel processes, executing planograms and AD sets, maintaining store recovery and in-stock levels, and complying with SOPs and safety policies. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production and contributing to a positive store environment through professional interactions and adherence to company values. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work varied early-morning/nights/weekend shifts in a climate-controlled retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
