Retail Early Morning Team Member responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Roles may be cross-trained to support store needs; duties include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, upholding merchandising standards, enforcing loss prevention, and contributing to safety and overall store operations. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction.
