Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety protocols throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the global HomeGoods brand within the TJX family, fostering a positive culture of honesty and respect while contributing to delighting shoppers with hidden treasures.
