Retail Donation Attendant provides positive customer service, greets donors, assists with donation drop-offs, and issues tax receipts/incentives. Responsible for sorting donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online sales, outlet, trash), notifying management of hazardous or inappropriate items, maintaining high quality standards, stocking and cleaning the store area, and upholding professional relationships across teams. Must follow safety guidelines, safeguard assets, and adhere to policies and dress code while contributing to a hazard-free workplace.
