Job Summary
Retail Donation Attendant at Goodwill North Central Texas in Cleburne, TX. Responsibilities include accepting donated goods from donors and providing receipts, sorting donations according to guidelines, tracking and recording goods received, moving materials with equipment, loading/unloading company trucks, maintaining donation areas, assisting with store cleaning, and supporting operating hours (store open 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM). Requires at least 1 year of experience interacting with the public or in a team setting, customer service experience preferred, basic math, ability to operate computerized equipment and mobility/handling devices (pushcart, hand truck, pallet-jack), and clear communication with customers and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team
- One year of customer service experience dealing with the public is preferred
- Ability to meet production quotas
- Must be proficient in basic math
- Able to read and write
- Operate computerized equipment, tablets, receipt printer
- Use pushcart, hand truck, pallet-jack, barrels, boxes
- Make decisions based on quality of donated products
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
