Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple Dollar General stores within the assigned area to drive area sales growth, oversee full P&L, and execute company objectives. Responsibilities include guiding store teams with a culture aligned to the company's mission, ensuring superior customer service, effective inventory management, strategic scheduling, proactive recruitment and training, loss prevention, and identifying opportunities for store growth and real estate/site selection. Requires financial analysis to interpret operating statements, budgeting, managing resources, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve regional goals. Travel within the district is required in a company-provided vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated results-oriented leadership and ability to manage budgets and inventory.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
