Job Summary
Retail District Manager responsible for leading all stores within the assigned area, delivering full P&L ownership, driving area sales growth, ensuring superior customer service, optimizing inventory and merchandising, coordinating recruitment and training, managing scheduling and asset protection, and identifying opportunities for store growth and site selection. Requires 4+ years of multi-unit retail management experience with full P&L responsibility; Bachelor's degree preferred; strong leadership, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills; travel weekly in a company-provided vehicle; attention to budgeting, loss prevention, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and team development
- Financial analysis skills to interpret operating statements, manage budgets, and control inventory
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in big-box or multi-unit retail management; familiarity with real estate site selection, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Willingness to travel weekly in a company-provided vehicle; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
