Job Summary
Lead store teams across an assigned area with full profit-and-loss responsibility, driving area sales growth and implementing objective-driven plans. Drive superior customer service and execute effective inventory presentation and operational flow to meet company targets. Develop and recruit employees, manage scheduling and human capital initiatives, ensure loss prevention and asset protection, and identify opportunities for store growth, merchandising enhancements, and real estate/site selection. Collaborate with teams to communicate divisional and regional priorities, and execute on financial analysis, budgeting, and expense controls. Note the role requires weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle and is based in Lima, OH; bachelor’s degree is preferred and four+ years of retail management experience is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience will be considered
