Job Summary
Retail District Manager responsible for leading store teams across the assigned area, delivering full P&L results, and driving area sales growth. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff; ensuring exceptional customer service; optimizing inventory and loss prevention; planning and executing company objectives; real estate/site selection considerations; and collaborating with teams to meet divisional and regional goals. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stores, with weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle. Bachelor's degree preferred; four+ years of retail management experience and multi-unit leadership are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
- Experience with full P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills
- Financial analysis and budgeting experience
- Ability to manage multi-unit operations and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel in a company-provided vehicle with limited overnight stays
