Job Summary
Retail District Manager role overseeing multiple stores within the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility, leadership of store teams, and execution of company objectives. Key duties include driving sales growth, optimizing inventory presentation and flow, effective scheduling, proactive recruitment and staff development, safeguarding assets, and identifying new business opportunities across operations (distribution flow, merchandising, store growth, site selection, training, and employee relations). Requires strong leadership, financial analysis, budgeting, teamwork, adaptability, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel in company-provided vehicle with limited overnight stays is required.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Note: This position requires weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle with limited overnight stays; a current driver's license and acceptable driving history is required.
