Job Summary
Lead stores within the assigned area with full P&L responsibility, driving area sales growth through effective recruitment, training, and development of store teams. Spearhead merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and budget adherence while collaborating with partners to execute company objectives. Oversee scheduling, customer service excellence, and implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple units, with a focus on real estate site selection, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Requires four-plus years of retail management experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred; travel weekly in a company vehicle with a valid driver's license is required.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.

- Willingness to travel weekly in a company-provided vehicle; a current driver's license and acceptable driving history are required.
