Job Summary
Lead store teams across an assigned area with full profit and loss responsibility, driving area sales growth and achieving company targets through effective planning, budgeting, inventory management, and staffing. Develop and recruit talent, ensure high levels of customer service and store presentation, and optimize operations to maximize performance and efficiency. This role requires weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle with limited overnight stays; a current driver's license and acceptable driving history are required. Bachelor's degree preferred with four+ years of retail management experience including multi-unit operations and P&L ownership. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility in multi-unit operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- full P&L responsibility experience
- experience in budgeting, inventory control, and merchandise management
- strong leadership and customer service skills
- travel willingness and ability to operate a company vehicle
- valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
