Job Summary
Retail District Manager for unassigned district covering Florence, SC. Lead store teams to achieve area sales growth, ensure effective inventory presentation and management, and execute company objectives. Manage recruitment, development, and human capital, uphold loss prevention and expense controls, and coordinate merchandising, distribution flow improvements, store growth initiatives, and real estate/site selection efforts. Demonstrate strong leadership, financial analysis, and collaboration with teams to meet regional priorities. Requires travel in a company-provided vehicle and a current driver’s license; 4+ years of retail management experience with full P&L responsibility; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
