Job Summary
Retail District Manager overseeing multiple Dollar General stores within the assigned area in Columbia, SC, with full P&L responsibility. Lead store teams to deliver superior customer service, drive area sales growth, optimize inventory and merchandising, and ensure effective scheduling and expense control. Responsible for recruitment, development, and training of employees, loss prevention, and communication of regional priorities. Travel weekly in a company-provided vehicle to support store operations and real estate/site selection initiatives; strong financial analysis and leadership skills are required to achieve performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred
