Job Summary
Lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area, with full profit and loss responsibility, aligning with divisional and regional goals. Drive area sales growth, optimize inventory presentation and flow, recruit and develop store teams, ensure high customer service standards, protect assets, and communicate priorities to store teams. Coordinate operational initiatives, store scheduling, and real estate/site selection considerations; leverage analytical skills to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and control expenses. Travel weekly in a company-provided vehicle is required; strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and staff development
