Job Summary
Lead and oversee all stores within the assigned area with full P&L responsibility, driving area sales growth, effective inventory and merchandising, and development of store teams. Ensure execution of company objectives, cost controls, and loss prevention while coordinating recruitment, training, and employee development. Collaborate with regional leadership to communicate priorities, optimize scheduling, and pursue new business opportunities in merchandising, site selection, and operational efficiency. Requires four+ years of retail management experience; bachelor's degree is preferred. Note: position includes weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility
- Current driver’s license and acceptable driving history (implied by travel note)
