Job Summary
Lead and oversee multiple Dollar General stores within the assigned area, driving annual sales growth and ensuring effective store operations, inventory management, and customer service. Responsible for full P&L, strategic planning, recruitment and development of store teams, loss prevention and expense efficiency, execution of company objectives, and collaboration with regional leadership to implement initiatives. Requires leadership across urban and rural retail environments, strong financial analysis, budgeting, and the ability to manage cross-functional priorities while traveling weekly in a company vehicle. Bachelor’s degree preferred and four+ years of retail management experience with multi-unit responsibility are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience will be considered.
