RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER UNASSIGNED

Plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area of operation with full profit and loss responsibility, while driving area sales growth, inventory control, and effective store operations. Lead store teams to deliver excellent customer service, implement recruitment and development of employees, execute merchandising and real estate/site selection considerations, manage budgets and expenses, and ensure adherence to company objectives and policies. Note the role requires weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; four+ years of retail management experience with multi-unit operations and P&L responsibility are expected. The role emphasizes leadership, financial analysis, operational planning, and the ability to communicate priorities across the organization.
