Job Summary
Plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area of operation, including full profit and loss responsibility, while aligning with company objectives and regional goals. Drive area sales growth, ensure superior customer service and inventory presentation, optimize store scheduling and operational workflows, develop and recruit staff, and oversee asset protection and expense controls. Collaborate with teams to implement strategic initiatives, merchandising displays, real estate site selection when applicable, training and development priorities, and communication of divisional priorities to store teams. Requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to travel weekly in a company vehicle to multi-unit stores.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated results-oriented leadership; ability to model company mission and values.
- Financial analysis skills to interpret operating statements, manage budgets, and control inventory.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with adaptability.
- Willingness to travel weekly in company-provided vehicle; valid driver's license and clean driving history.
