Job Summary
Lead multi-unit retail operations in the Cincinnati area with full P&L responsibility, directing store teams to achieve area sales targets, ensure optimal inventory presentation and merchandising, and execute company objectives. Responsible for recruitment, training, and development of employees, adherence to human resources policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service and loss prevention. Drive growth by identifying opportunities in operations and store processes, coordinating with regional priorities, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role requires weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle with limited overnight stays. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
