Job Summary
Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to ensure alignment with company-wide goals. Accountable for quality standards, cost control (labor, cost of sales, profitability), and driving sales. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and maintaining high-quality staff, and for collaborating with operators and support personnel on projects and initiatives. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word; ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- At least 3-5 years of operations (management) experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and team development across multiple locations
- Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments
